This agreement ("Agreement”) contains the Terms and Condition of Use ("Terms”)
under which the owner of The Road to My Avennyou ("The Road", "I” "my”
"our” or "we”) offers you ("user” or "you”), access to its website https://www.theroadtomyavennyou.com/
("Site”). Among other things, these Terms describe the user’s responsibilities
and limit The Road liability. Before using the Site, please read all these
Terms carefully. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other
provisions set forth in the Site, these will control.
User Acceptance – By accessing or using The Road in any manner, including browsing
the site and commenting on content you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
Limitation of Liabilities – All content provided on The Road is
for informational purposes only. The Road and its owner make no representations
as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this Site or found by
following any link on this Site. The Road and its owner will not be liable for
any errors or omissions in this information nor for the availability of this
information. The Road and its owner will not be liable for any losses,
injuries, or damages from the display or use of this information.
Changes to Terms and Condition of Use – The Road reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms at any time upon posting
the amended terms on the Site at any time and without notice. The amended terms
shall automatically be effective. You should visit this page from time-to-time
to review the terms, as they will be binding to you. The user’s continued use
of the Site will constitute the user’s acceptance of such changes.
Eligibility – We are a general
audience site, and do not direct any of our content specifically at children
under 13 years of age. Therefore, you must be 13 years or older to use
the Site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA). If you do not qualify, please do not use the Site.
Rights to Use – Subject to the restrictions
below, The Road hereby grants you permission to use the Site and offering,
provided that: 1. Your use of the Site as permitted is solely for personal,
non-commercial use. 2. You will not copy or distribute for commercial purposes,
any part of the Site without getting a prior written permission. 3. You will
not alter or modify any parts of the Site, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
Privacy of User Information – To subscribe to our newsletter you
will need to provide us with your name and email address. If you choose to do
so, you are required to provide accurate and up to date information. You may
not use a false name. You may receive confirmation and thank you emails
associated with your subscription. As detailed in the Privacy Policy, your
private information will not be given to any third party without your consent. The
Road reserves the right to cancel your subscription at its discretion. For the

Intellectual Property Rights – The content on the Site, including
without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, some of the photos,
interactive features and the like ("Content”) and the trademarks and logos
contained therein ("Marks”), are owned by The Road, subject to copyright and
other intellectual property. Content on the Site is provided to you AS IS for
your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced,
distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise
exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent
of The Road or the respective owners.
Limitation of Liability – You agree that under no circumstances
shall The Road be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of
the Site. Additionally, The Road is not liable for damages in connection with
(i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer
virus, or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits,
business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction
of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or
property, regardless of my negligence, gross negligence, failure of an
essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract,
tort, or any other theory of legal liability.
The foregoing applies even if The Road has been advised of the
possibility of or could have foreseen the damages. In those countries or states
that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, The
Road liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In
no event shall The Road’s cumulative liability to you exceed $100.
Indemnification – You shall indemnify and hold me harmless from
and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs,
charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of
action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any
breach by you of any of these Terms, or any use by you of the Site.
You shall provide me with such assistance, without charge, as I (or my
representatives) may request in connection with any such defense, including,
without limitation, providing me with such information, documents, records, and
reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third
party claim or waive any defense without my prior written consent.
Governing Law and Mediation – This Agreement shall be governed by
the laws of the state of Israel. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or
court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be in the
Tel-Aviv court, Israel. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute,
claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement by
mediation.
Termination – The Road may, in its sole discretion, terminate
these Terms or access to the Site immediately and without notice for any
reason.
Disclosure Policy
This blog is a personal blog, written and edited by me. I share my
thoughts, insights, experience and recommendations or suggestions if item,
places and services that I believe may be of help to others.
So as per FTC Regulations I would like to let you know that I do have
affiliate links throughout this Site. The links provide me with a small
percentage of commission but do not cost you anything extra. I believe that bloggers
and publishers should be compensated for their creative content when helping
others make better, easier, and more personalized choices. And of the many
monetization methods used by digital publishers, affiliate marketing, so I
believe, is the one that most encourages dependable relationships, where all
